This north India tour offers a short escapade of 5 days to the beautiful towns of Haridwar, Mussourie, Rishikesh surrounded by the spectacular Himalayan ranges. Day-By-Day Itinerary
Day 1: Delhi- Haridwar
Depart from Delhi to Haridwar by road. Upon arrival you will be transferred to the hotel. Evening at leisure.
Day 2: Haridwar- Mussoorie
Full day sightseeing tour of Haridwar includes visit to Mansa Devi Temple, Gurukul Kangri University, Bharat Mata Temple. Evening witness the Ganga Aarti at the Har-Ki-Pauri. In the evening drive to Mussourie followed by O/N hotel stay.
Day 3: Mussoorie
Depart for a full-day excursion to the scenic spot of Dhanoulti & the Mossey Falls in Mussourie.
Day 4: Mussoorie- Rishikesh
Depart for half-day sightseeing of Mussourie visiting the Kempty Falls, Lal Tibba & the Gun Hill point. You can enjoy the Cable Car ride from the Mall Road to the Gun Hill Point (On Own). In the evening drive to Rishikesh.
Day 5: Rishikesh – Delhi
Drive to rafting site Shivpuri (rafting on Own). After some local sightseeing, departure to Delhi.

The journey to the holy city of Haridwar will commence in the morning after breakfast when you will leave from Delhi for Haridwar. Haridwar is a significant holy city marked by gorgeous views of River Ganges and numerous holy shrines. Haridwar literally means Gateway to God and indeed here one can feel the divine presence. According to Hindu mythology, Haridwar is one of the holy sites where drops of elixir of immorality had spilled and thus a bath in the holy Ganges is believed to free the soul off all malice. | | | | Day 2: Haridwar- Mussoorie | | (Driving Time: 2 hrs)
After breakfast, you go for a full-day excursion to Haridwar. Explore the renowned sacred temples and ghats (river banks of holy river Ganges. At Haridwar first pay a visit to Mansa Devi Temple; this ancient temple is situated at the top of Bilwa Parwat and the region avails cable car rides offering pictorial view of the city below. Chandi Devi temple is one of the Shaktipeetha and is of great religious significance; a single visit to the temple of Goddess Chandi is believed to fulfil all the desires of the visitors. While in the vicinity don’t miss a chance to explore one of the oldest universities of the country, Gurukul Kangri University. Here the archaeological museum house valuable literature on Ayurveda, Philosophy and rare statues, coins, paintings and other artefacts dating back to Harappa culture.
An eventful day in the sacred city will reach its zenith in the evening when you will get to witness the Ganga Aarti at the Har-Ki-Pauri. At sunset priest perform the Aarti ritual when lighted lamps are set on water; this evening will prove to be most soul-stirring and divine spectacle of your entire tour. You depart for a full-day excursion to the scenic spot of Dhanaulti & the Mossey Falls in Mussourie. Draped in alpine forests of Deodar, Rhododendron and Oak Dhanaulti is a picturesque town delighting its visitors with its quiet environs. In the region explore Eco Park, Surkanda Devi Temple and more. Next follow the cascading sounds to reach pristine Mossey Falls. Evening at leisure followed by O/N hotel stay.

After breakfast, depart for half-day sightseeing of Mussourie visiting the Kempty Falls, Lal Tibba & the Gun Hill point.
