I am writing in reference to New Year package trip I recently took to Kashmir from Travelmasti.  This was my first experience with travel agency & package trip and I was bit apprehensive.  But, I must express my appreciation for the high level of customer service provided and making this trip a pleasurable experience for me.

I would like to take this opportunity to express my heartfelt thanks especially to:-

• Rini Kumar for prompt and outstanding assistance to my numerous queries, changes in schedules, package, destination without any frown. 
• Anuj Negi for excellent support during the trip.   As our trip had to be extended for a day due to bad weather in Srinagar, we were worried about making the arrangements for additional stay as our 1.5 yrs old daughter was not well, but Anuj promptly extended his help and ensured arrangement of accommodation. 
• Next day Anuj could not get seat in return flight as he volunteered to stay back and settle things at Hotel which permitted the rest of group to reach airport in time and secure seats in return flight.  By the time he reached airport, all seats in return flight were exhausted and eventually he had to extend his stay for one more day amidst uncertain weather.  I must say that this gesture was above and beyond the call of duty and prompted me to write this mail to you.

Overall the trip organized by Travel Masti happened to be nice and satisfactory. All the three hotels at Udaipur, Mt. Abu & Jodhpur respectively were reasonably good. Hotel MAPPLE Abhay in Jodhpur was of course better than the other two as this one provided all the facilities expected from a good 3 star hotel. Staff in all the hotels was courteous and well behaved.  The Innova Car with A/C throughout 7 days of our itinerary that came as part of the package was well maintained and we found Mr. Jameel, its driver a thorough gentleman.

Just a quick note to say we returned safely from India and had a wonderful time. Everything went very well and we were very happy with your service. My apologies for having to ring you
at home but thanks again for the support, it’s good to know help is available if you need it.I will certainly pass your name on to anyone in Australia who indicates their wish to visit your great country.

PS - the only comment I have to make was the drivers we had in Kerala spoke only very limited English and it was hard to convey what we wished to see and do.

Thank you for taking care of the travel arrangements. Everything went well. Both drivers were fantastic, and made the trip enjoyable. Naresh should be commended for his friendly advice. He was also waiting for us at our arrival in Delhi, even though the flight was delayed by five hours.
I will definitely consider using Travelmasti again in my travels to India.

I will also recommend and pass on Travelmasti contact information to friends who are interested.
