We would like to thank you for the wonderful trip that you had organised for us.  Everyone in the team liked the resort, food, location and other facilities provided to us.  The journey was also comfortable.  Bus driver and the conductor both behaved well through out the trip which made us feel safe at all times.  Jeep Safari, elephant joy ride and other activities were as good as we wanted them to be.

Initially we faced a little discomfort when we came to know that for some reason hotel management transferred us to a different hotel however the new arrangements were also good.  Going forward such type of confusions must be avoided and there should be a clear /confirmed itinerary in place.  

Overall it was a nice experience and the arrangement done by you is much appreciated.

All staff members were so co-operative. Actually we celebrated our Christmas there.What a decor was there at that time, amazing. The food was so delicious. Veg., non veg. everything.The kids also had a lot of fun in the game room . Spa massages & hot pool were really rejuvenating & relaxing. We were back with unforgettable memories ever.I wish all the luck to this place & suggest to start gym & bar facilities soon to make this beautiful property a complete destination. Thanks."

We had a fantastic time in india.The tour was super as were the hotels.the only problem we faced was the travelling distances from Srinagar - Jammu and time spent on the road .but Mr Jatin all in all you were a good travel agent to us.We appreciated your services and you were always ready with a solution to all our numerous de stress call to you especially during our journey from shrinagar to Delhi when the flights were all cancelled and we had to travel by road and train.I have had a word with both kishor and Arvind bhai and we were all in agreement that you did a good job

We really enjoyed the whole trip.

The purpose of this mail is to put forth some suggestions that I might feel necessary for the future trips to be more hasselfree.But let me start from the good points.

The quality of drivers and the vehicles provided were really good.The driving was safe considering the quality of the roads.

The hotels chosen were excellent with courteous staff and good arrangement overall.The best ones in the entire trip were Royal Tiger Resort at Kanha and Mogli Resort at Bandhavgarh.

The safaris in all three jungles were orginised really well.

The only drawback as per me was the organisng guides In Jaipur.I feel its better to provide the customer directly the contact number of the guide if possible to avoid any hassels at the destinations.

Apart from this hiccup the overall trip was a real treat.I would love to use TravelMasti services moreoften for my future trips.
