Dear Manisha, Thanks for organizing an excellent tour. It was wonderful experience indeed. Our decision for dedicated cab was very good one. This has taken away all the commuting hassles. However, I have following feedback which can help your other customers. a) AC Car Rental: The temperature in Srinagar region remains between 30 and 35 Degree Centigrade during mid June till end July. It is highly recommended to provide AC transportation. b) Grand Mumtaz: Though the hotel is decent but the rooms allotted for my daughters were far distant. This was however corrected at Pahalgam. Overall, we enjoyed the tour. Thanks for organizing a nice trip to Kashmir.

Hi Manisha, I would like to thank you and Travelmasti team on the whole for arranging an excellent trip for me which was totally fun filled with zero hassles. Right from the beginning of my enquiry regarding the package, you were very co-operative and willing to listen to the requirements which made me feel very comfortable in going ahead with this booking. The arrangements for taxi and hotel accommodation were good. The driver was very courteous and the entire itinerary promised was covered. There were no hidden charges claimed by the hotel for their services offered. Overall it was a very memorable trip :)

Hi Maggi, Many thanks for all the efforts that you have put for making our honeymoon a pleasurable experience. All your arrangements perfectly complemented the beauty of Kerala. Dear Ravi, First, thank you for facilitating our outbound travel and making arrangements for our stay at various destinations in Europe, UAE and the UK. While the travel was without much major hiccups but I would like to share some feedback, which might be useful for you and your organization to look after your customer better. 1. At all airports we were happy to be received well by your agents and they all were very friendly. 2. The London hotel was good and is located very strategically. It does not serve any breakfast which is meant for vegetarians. So even though the breakfast complimentary we did not enjoy much but otherwise it is a good hotel. 3. We enjoyed the day trip and also the London Eye. 4. The hotel at Venice was very good and also good breakfast for vegetarians. In the entire trip this was the best hotel and services. 5. The hotel at Athens was located at a very good place, right in front of the sea. It was a nice hotel. The half-day tour was also good. Over all, I would say it was good and my feedback may help you selecting better hotels for your customers. Best Wishes!

I must appreciate Travelmasti team on a ‘JOB WELL DONE’. To Travelmasti, First of all would like to appreciate Manoj (representing Travelmasti) for the great efforts he had put in to make our trip to Kathmandu a big success. Manoj has been easily approachable and also fully understood the needs of a diverse group like ours. He had good knowledge of the city and was very quick in arranging spot trips too. It was an extremely well managed trip from the onset and also and all the minute details were well taken care.
