Hi Ravinder Thank you for organizing the trip, it was really eventful. My feedback on various points: 1) The itinerary: The itinerary was well laid-out, we got to see multiple places in Rajasthan. However, the travel time between cities ate up quite a lot of time. My recommendation is that you should insist on your clients to leave at max 7.30 am for intercity travel - so that they reach the next city by 3 pm. Most tourist places close by 5 pm, so this will make sense. We lost an evening in Jodhpur because of this. 2) The travel: The car and the driver Mukesh was good. Encourage drivers like Mukesh who is non-intrusive and uncomplaining. 3) The stay: Almost all hotels, except Palanpur Palace, were excellent. Cambay Resorts, an excellent place. We did not have any problems there - the stay across the hotels was the most pleasant and we enjoyed it a great deal. 4) Food: I recommend that your team should identify good, clean hotels for food enroute to various cities. This will be of great help to the clients. 5) Booking: I am marking a copy of this mail to Ravinder because he has done wonderful work. Appreciate his sincerity in managing client satisfaction. 6) Overall experience: It was an unforgettable trip, loaded with pleasant memories. Will definitely recommend your services to my friends.

Dear Kshitiz Rana First of all thanks for arranging the Himachal trip according to our requirements/Preference. Here is my detailed feedback. 1. Interaction with your travel agent (Kshitiz Rana) during tour planning/finalization of itinerary was good. He was good in handling our requirements, and providing timely response during planning phase. 2. Selection of hotel in Dalhousie, Manali and Shimla was very good. We felt that Chandigarh hotel (City Plaza 17) room was cramped and doesn't have sufficient space after addition of 3rd Bed. Dharmshala hotel (Anand Palace) was average.

Dear Ravi, I would like to express my deep appreciation towards Travelmasti's executive Ravi Behl for he was really organized in helping us plan a nice vacation to Singapore. The trip was well planned; with proper understanding of our needs of exact dates, budget for airlines & hotel & cruise travel requirements Ravi delivered quality services. We had a constraint to travel only on a particular set of dates and he really worked with us to get the air tickets for those dates. Based on my last experience, I would like to avail Travelmasti's services again.

Dear Manoj I would like to take this opportunity to thank you and Nitin Yadav for all the excellent arrangements made for the conference at Kanatal. The property was indeed very well located and the journey from Dehradun to Kanatal was very comfortable in the vehicles arranged by you. Also during the meeting days, Mr. Nitin helped us a lot with photocopying, printing etc. He helped us organize trekking, bonfire and some other events. I appreciate the efforts put in by you and Nitin for making this a successful event.

Dear Manisha Indeed it was a good experience overall. Our stay was comfortable at Honeymoon Inn, Mussorie. The hotel staff was courteous & helpful, room was good & quite spacious with a view of mall/valley. Few things I would like to suggest for the hotel- beautification of interiors of rooms (as it was looking DULL), improving the taste of food as it was average rated & most important-hotel should deploy a battery polo car to carry/drop guests & luggage to mall road(as their entrance is little steep). Definitely I look forward to make my next travel arrangements from you.
