The Taj Residency is located 9 km from the airport and railway station. It is set in 5 acres of lush green lawns, creating an oasis of tranquility in the midst of a busy industrial city. The hotel has 40 rooms, including two suites.

The Pavilion accommodates 30 to 130 persons for conferences and parties. The Poolside Lawns accommodate 50 to 200 persons for cocktails and dinner. The Royal Palm Lawn has a capacity of 200 to 1000 persons for large parties, while the Terraced Dome accommodates 15 to 20 persons for exclusive cocktail diners.
