The resort was brought into operations in the Year 2003 set in the Virgin hills of Craignano near Naldehra Shimla .The Company has successfully managed to increase the infrastructure and services ever since in order to organize merrier Holidays for its esteemed Guests visiting Shimla.
Bhagra Resorts (P) Ltd. was established in the year 1994 by Mrs. Prabha Bhagra, First lady Entrepreneur in Shimla to venture into the tourism industry at such great levels. Her efforts along with other members of the company have led to a prosperous growth of the Company ever since. The Company now also ventures as Real Estate Builders and Developers.

Trek to Craignano: The trek is 2.5km and back from Whistling Pines Resort. The Resort also arranges for outdoor picnics at Craignano with Bar be Que, folk performances etc in this ethnic and mystical surroundings.
Trek to Mahunag: Mahunag, a powerful deity of the village folks is known for his strong presence & powers over the surrounding valleys of Shimla.
Trek to Baldean Village: This is a rather mild trek spanning just about 1.5 km and back from the neighbouring village. The trek though short, offers the casual walker a breathtaking view & a close call with the wild flora. Wild roses, almond trees, flowered pears etc., just might bless you with a shower of their wonderful flowers.
