The whispering Rocks Resort is cradled in a bowl of snowy peaks whose heights range from 12,000 to 18,000 ft. Located at the head of the Beas Valley at the point where the main Beas River joins the Beas Nullah from the Rohtang Pass, the Resort offers some of the most sensational views of the fertile Manali valley.
Created in a traditional stone and wooden architecture of the Manali region, the Resort is designed to give guests the best vantage point to enjoy those panoramic views. Thus each room has its independent hand carved local style balcony overlooking the Beas River and snow capped peaks. Its green manicured lawns are a riot of flowers in the summer and turn into snowfields in winter.
All around are green pastures, alpine meadows and apple orchards. Just adjacent to the Resort is a waterfall flowing into a mountain gorge next to which is a sandy beach all available free of charge exclusively for hotel guests.

Rooms
The Whispering Rocks Resort has 20 rooms; a traditionally built – wood and stone independent cottage with 4 suites, each with a private sitting room and a verandah overlooking an apple orchard and meadow. The remainder (5 suites, 6 deluxe rooms and 5 standard rooms) each with its private balcony are part of the main hotel complex of wood and stone. Tastefully designed interiors emphasize the aura of warmth and cosines. All rooms have their own geysers, direct dialing facility and multi-channel TV 24 – hour room service (in season). Laundry and ironing facilities are available on site. There's also a doctor on call. Rooms and meals can be provided to drivers on payment of a reasonable change. Car rental services are available.
Whispering Rocks Resort is famous for its multi-cuisine menu, which includes Indian, Chinese and Continental. The Resort specializes in Mughlai and Lucknavi cuisine.
