Fun and games
In and around Shimla Tucked away so far from the demands of daily life, it seems appropriate to indulge in a bit quite introspection. So you may want to trek up to Jakhu temple, a Hanuman temple and catch the sunrise, or stop for a while at the beautiful stained glass window adorned Christ Church, which was built in the 1850's. Other interesting walks are to Scandal Corner, a place which found its way into Rudyard Kipling's writings, Prospect Hill, a favoured picnic spot, Annandale, once famous for its racecourse, but which hosts games of cricket and polo till today, and to Chadwick Falls, an impressive sight, especially in its post-monsoon fury.
