Kanha
Jungle Lodge is just a short walk from Kanha National Park. Mukki
entrance gate. It provides visitors with a truly exciting and rewarding
jungle experience. The Lodge nestles in an 11 acre estate of thick,
mature Sal forests providing and ideal setting for bird-watching,
of special interest to natural-history oriented travellers. Set in
the midst of the Sal jungle, the Lodge has 19 spacious twin-bed rooms,
with all modern facilities of attached baths, running hot and cold
water, and comfortable furniture. It also provides a laundry service,
the professional services of a resident natuaralist, a large library
with an exhaustive collection of wildlife books and megazines, TV
and video facilities for wildlife films, a recreational centre and
indoor games. Also available on request are nature walks, visits to
nearby villages and their weekly markets and local fairs. A spacious,
cozy, thatched dining room, serving both Indian and Continental cuisine,
becomes the centre-point of activities. Special theme-dinners arranged
