You have a choice of full fledged Kerala Sadya or feast served in the traditional style on banana leaves. Vegetarian Dishes are cooled with organic vegetables grown in the premises

The restaurant is know for it's unique blend of warm, caring and gracious hospitality. Prior reservations are advised for candle light dinners and on Saturday's /Sunday's. The restaurant hosts one International Cuisine promotion a month.
You could also ask for a romantic candle light dinner in the privacy of your own villa or by the pool side. The Aquaserene also has a well-equipped Conference hall with a 115 people capacity theatre style.
