This lovely house is the owners second home and has therefore been extremely well furnished to a high standard with a mix of modern, antique Indian and Colonial furniture. The rooms are all spacious each with a balcony or terrace and all bedrooms have en suite bathrooms. The kitchen is extremely well equipped with every labour - saving device you could possibly want.

Ground floor The entire ground floor is open plan with four distinct areas: -

• The spacious open-plan sitting/dining area is beautifully furnished with a large L-shaped sofa unit, a 6-seater dining table, coffee tables, carved sideboard, and a bookcase. There are windows on three sides providing uninterrupted views of the river. Separating this room from the kitchen is a breakfast counter.
• Fully fitted extremely well equipped kitchen with a range of quality wood cupboards and tiling. There is a full size cooker with oven and an additional electric oven/griller, electric toaster and a fridge/freezer.
• Games room with ¾ size snooker and pool table and a bar.
• Guest Cloakroom.

On the first floor there are three double bedrooms all individually styled and furnished.

• Master bedroom - The Colonial Room
  This air conditioned bedroom has wonderful views over the river from the large picture window that runs the entire width of the room, on another wall there are glass sliding patio doors that lead on to the terrace. This room is furnished in Colonial style with antique furniture and a pretty, double four poster bed. The en suite bathroom has a full size corner bath as well as a separate shower cubicle.
  
• Bedroom 2 - The Bamboo Suite
  Another river facing air-conditioned double bedroom this time furnished entirely in cane and rattan. This room also has large sliding patio doors on to the same deep terrace. There is an en suite bathroom.
  
• Bedroom 3 The Mogul Suite
  This double bedroom is furnished in the traditional opulent style of the Moguls with low Rajasthani bed and a mound of silk cushions in a romantic alcove that is lit with carved marble lamps and draped in silk. There is an en suite bathroom.
  
• Shady river facing furnished terrace.

Terms

1. This property is available for rent for a minimum period of one week (minimum of 2 weeks over Christmas & New Year).
   
2. For part weeks thereafter the rate is calculated on a pro rata basis. Therefore a booking for ten days will be calculated at 1 and 3/7th weeks.
   
3. Special extended stay discounts during certain periods are available. Please enquire for details.
4. Where a letting period spans two pricing bands than the price prevailing for the majority of the week is the price that will be applied for the entire week.
   
5. If any week includes either the night of the 24th December or the 31st December 2005, please add the Christmas/New Year supplement to the Peak rate for that week. Where both the 24th and the 31st December are included in any two week period then the supplement is applied to both weeks.
