| Day 3 : Boat ride in Periyar Lake - Thekkady | |
 After break fast in the hotel go for a Spice Plantation Tour in the morning. After lunch at the hotel, enjoy a boat ride in the beautiful Periyar Lake. Return to the hotel for a screening of wildlife movie, followed by dinner. Periyar: One of the largest wildlife reserves in India, the Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary is more popluar as a tiger reserve. A boat ride on the splendid Periyar lake is the best way to experience the sanctuary.The Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary is one of the few places where the chances are pretty high that you will spot an elephant in the wild at close quarters and from the safe confines of a boat. Not just elephant and tiger, but if it’s your lucky day, gaur, masher, otter and other wildlife. Rest of the day free to relax. Overnight at Hotel. |

After an early breakfast, go bird-watching before departure to Cochin and check in at the Hotel in  Cochin in time for lunch. Afternoon free to relax. In the evening, enjoy a sunset cruise or a Kathakali Show at the hotel, Cochin. Return to the hotel for dinner. Kochi (Cochin): An all time tourist favourite, Kochi is the commercial capital of Kerala. It has to offer palaces, forts, beaches, backwaters, old churches, snake boat races, Kathakali, museums and the convinence of the big city. Kochi is just about the center of Kerala. It is basically a collection of islands and narrow peninsulas. Ernakulam is the commercial centre and forms the main land. It has a fine natural harbour around which the city has grown. |

| Day 6 : Journey towards back Home | |
After breakfast transfer to the nearest airport/station for your journey back home. |
Early morning, trek to the jungle followed by breakfast at the hotel. After breakfast, depart by road to Kumarakom. Afternoon, free to enjoy the facilities at the hotel. You can swim, fish, go boating or opt for a rejuvenating Ayurvedic massage (at an extra cost). In the evening - a Sunset Cruise along the backwaters. Dinner at the hotel.
