    Normal Transit fee (minimum 8 working days to process, excluding Thursdays/Fridays and Immigration Holidays).
  • All current taxes and service charges.
  • Extension per person on BB basis.
  • Extra Bed for one child under 12 year at Le Meridien - Breakfast has to be paid to Hotel.

Dubai Visa

To process Dubai Visa, the passport/s must be valid 6 months longer than travel date and we require the following document information:

  1. Clear passport copies (copies of all pages indicating the complete details),
  2. Full name - Nationality - Date of birth - Place of birth - Marital Status - Profession - Qualification - Date of expiry - Arrival / Departure Flight Details (Port of entry/exit) - Languages spoken - Father's Name - Mother's name - Passport Number - Date of issue - Place of issue,
  3. A letter from the company / organisation stating the reason for the trip, 4) Visa fee in advance.

Approval of visa applications is at the discretion of the UAE Immigration. Visa Fees are nonrefundable in case of any delay beyond our control or rejection. We cannot be held responsible for, or be held liable for the consequences of any delay or rejection of the visa applications by the UAE Immigration.

The approved visa copies can only be released to the clients along with the hotel vouchers (after receiving the full payment). In case of any cancellation, un-utilization or no-show, cancellation charge of 3 nights stay plus visa fee will be levied.
