The 46-unit Dubai Lifestyle City Marriott Executive Apartments is a new serviced apartments property under development by Marriott International in Dubai. The property is likely to be launched by 2009.
The third Marriott International brand in ETA Star Projects' Dubai Lifestyle City development will be located next to the Courtyard hotel and will be connected to the Courtyard by an underground floor. Like other MEAs, the property will be comprised of one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments and will have a small food and beverage outlet among its other amenities.
About Dubai Lifestyle City
ETA Star, the Dubai-based real estate developer has launched 'Dubai Lifestyle City' project at an estimated cost of one billion dirham in Dubai. The Dubai Lifestyle City will include the IMG Sports Academy, which will be coming to the Middle East for the first time. The City will cater to different family tourism sectors and aims to provide a calm and natural environment. The IMG Academy will include the Nick Bollettieri Tennis Academy and the David Leadbetter Golf Academics.
The Dubai Lifestyle City will consist of a seven star hotel including a sports centre and a luxurious health club measuring about 20,000 square feet among other amenities.
