is a flexible, "Go -as-you-Please" voucher programme offering
Britain's largest selection of independently owned hotels. Choose
from over 1000 properties throughout England, Scotland, Wales
& Ireland ranging in size & style, which can be found in city,
town & countryside locations. Combine with a BritRail Pass and
plan your own holiday.
Every hotel offers excellent facilities and helpful staff, which
ensure a memorable & comfortable stay. All bedrooms have en suite
bathroom or shower room and are attractively decorated. They also
have colour TV, radio, telephone and tea/coffee making facilities.
Many hotels feature a restaurant with excellent cuisine and wines.
All hotels are of a very high standard with attention to detail
which gives each hotel a character uniquely its own.

How
its works
The "Go-as-you-please" voucher lets you holiday at your
own pace. If you wish, the first night of your holiday or
your entire itinerary can be booked before you leave home
at no extra cost. From then on, you can make reservations
on a day to day basis, leaving you free to plan your itinerary
as you travel.
- Select
the total number of night required.
- If
you choose to "go-as-you-please"' reserve your onward
stay at least 24 hours prior to your arrival.
- Arrivals
after 6 p.m. must be advised at the time of booking accompanied
by a personal credit card number.
- Check-out
12 noon. Check-in 2 p.m.
- No
minimum or maximum stays restrictions at any property.

Children
and Family Rooms
There
are a limited number of family rooms available accommodating
maximum 4 people (3 adults or 2 adults & 2 children). One
child sharing with one adult will be charged the adult price.
Children up to 15 years are accommodated free, but pay for
meals and other services.

Refunds
and Cancellations
- A
minimum of two vouchers should be utilised. Balance unused
vouchers are refundable in Rupees from the original purchase
point after deducting an administrative fee in Rupees
equivalent to UK£ 15, subject to approval by Discover
Britain.

Refund must be applied for within 1 month of return to
India.

Hotelpass vouchers are not refundable in the event of
loss or theft.
- No
cancellation fee is applicable up to 3 working days before
your arrival date. After this, full cost of the first
night will be charged as cancellation for pre-booked accommodation.
