Western Euro Guestcheques are available at Travelmasti offices in India
and you can pre-book your hotel through Travelmasti on the best Western
Reservation System or "go as you please". If you'd prefer to go
as you please, once you are in Europe, call your Best Western
Hotel directly and ask for the Euro Guestcheque Programme.Your
hotel will also assist you in making onward reservations free
of charge. We recommend you make onward reservation at least 24
hours before departure.
How
it works
All
you have to do is buy Best Western Euro Guestcheques in
advance from Travelmasti and redeem them at your European Best
Western Hotel. Guestcheques can be utilised for single,
double or triple rooms.

Refunds
and Cancellations
- A
minimum of two vouchers should be utilised.
- Balance
unused vouchers are refundable in Rupees from the original
purchase point after deducting an administrative fee of
US$ 25 per booking , subject to approval by Best Western.
- Refund
must be applied for within one month of return to India.
- Euro
Guestcheques are not refundable in the event of loss or
theft.
- The
specific cancellation policy effective at the hotel at
the time of booking will apply.

in "Red" valued

per voucher and in "Yellow"
valued at US$ 25 per
voucher.

Guestcheques/
a combination of Guestcheques are per room per night inclusive
of breakfast, service Charge and local taxes. Rates are
valid from 1 April 2000- 31 March 2001.

One child under 12 years is accommodated free of charge
when staying in a room with two paying adults and its
entitled to a rollaway bed and breakfast.
- For
children over 12 years , an extra bed can be provided
at the rate of 1 yellow cheque.
- Maximum
3 person allowed in a double room.
Note:
Euro Guestcheques are valid for hotels indicated in your
Hotel Guide by a yellow/red box at the top right hand corner
of each hotel description. Rooms may be restricted during
Trade Fair periods or special events. Three Yellow Guestcheques
can replace one Red Guestcheque.
