it works
With
Minotel Vouchers you can travel freely all over the Continent.
If you wish, the first night of your holiday can be booked
before you leave home. From then on, reservations are
made on a day-to-day basis, leaving you free to plan your
itinerary as you travel. Reception staff at each hotel
will make your next night's booking for you. Reservations
in the same country are free of charge. A small fee is
payable for reservations from one country to another.
Please hand over your voucher at check-in time.

Surcharges
(Local
Adjustment)
Certain
hotels require a surcharge depending on the season. These
are specified in the hotel guide and are payable in local
currency directly to the hotel concerned. They apply per room
per night and way from approximately US$ 10 to US$ 50.
Refunds
and Cancellations
A
minimum of two vouchers should be utilized. Balance unused
vouchers are refundable in Rupees from the original purchase
point , after deducting an administrative fee in Rupees
equivalent to US$25, subject to approval by Minotel , Minotel,
Vouchers are not refundable in the event of loss or theft.
No
cancellation fee is applicable Upto 3 working days before
your arrival date. After this, full cost of the 1st night
will be charged as cancellation for pre-booked accommodation.
Notes:
Certain hotels show 2V Symbol in the 2000 Minotel Europe
guides. In this case passengers will pay with two Minotel
vouchers per night. However the local adjustments will be
one time only.
