Room Occupancy : 1A - one person in a room, 2A-2 Adult sharing a room, 3A-3 Adults sharing a room with a roll - away bed provided for the 3rd Adult, 2A1C - Child sharing same room with 2 Adults, one roll-away bed will be provided, 2A2C - A Child sharing same room with 2 Adults, Only one roll-away bed will be provided.

IMPORTANT TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR EXPERIENCE PACKAGE

PAYMENT : The Booking amount will be collected in US Dollars and the Rate of Exchange will be advised at the time of booking.

Cancellation Fee: In the event of any cancellation, the following charges (per person) are applicable : Within 72 hours prior to departures - 50% of the basis package price.

Amendment Fee : A handling fee of $30.00 per booking will be charged for any late amendment made to a confirmed booking, 4 working days prior to departure.

 

Refund : No refunds, either in part or in full, will be made for unused ground transportation, meals and accommodation, admission to tourist attractions or sightseeing tour not taken.

Tour Prices : Prices are subject to revision without notice in the event of unforeseen circumstances like currency fluctuations, increases in hotel rates, local taxes etc.

Transportation : Unless otherwise specified,transfers are provided in air-Conditioned coach or minibus on 'SIC' basis. Average waiting time is approximately 15-20 minutes. Passengers joining the Package are required to approach SIA Singapore stopover Holiday counter located at the far end of the changi airport Terminal 2 Arrival Hall (Belt 38) for their transfer.

Baggage: A ground handling Charge of $5.00 will be imposed for each piece of excess, outsized or bulky baggage; for example boxes, crates golf sets etc.
