Prato Prato brings Italian cuisine and Mediterranean flair to the Hotel. High ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows on two sides of the restaurant flood the interior with light, creating a bright, comfortable setting for business meetings and social occasions.
In the evening, candles and lanterns transform Prato. Following a Bellini aperitif or glass of Prosecco at the bar, savour modern Italian dishes with ingredients imported from Italy, as well as seasonal à la carte and vegetarian options.
Lunch features an à la carte menu and a daily set menu, while breakfast offers an extensive international selection comprising continental, American, Indian and Japanese favorites. Vegetarian and children's menus are also available. Seats 60.
