The Camp Guptkashi
Altitude 1319m:
Guptkashi has a great importance, quite like that of Kashi. The ancient Vishwanath temple, Ardhnareshwar temple and Manikarnik Kund, where the two streams of teh Garga and Yamuna meet, are the main places of attraction in Guptkashi. Famous for the temples of Ardhnareshwar and Vishwanath. A stupa is constructed at Nala, which is quite close to Ukhimath. Some local people call it the grave of Rana Nal. 12 kms. from Guptkashi, Ukhimath is the winter seat of Lord Kedarnath, when the doors of the temple of Kedarnath are closed. The Camp Guptkashi:  Tented camp in the sylvan surroundings of nature has been ploteted very close to the Revered shrine mostly within the striking distance of less than 30kms to make it morning/evening return affair. Accommodation with attached bath would be provided in large deluxe camps, innovately crafted, using traditional skills, crafts, materials and colors in keeping with the spiritual theme of the pilgrimage.
The campsite will consist of two blocks, namely the Accommodation and Dining block and other one the Activity block.
Accommodation block:
- Accomodation tents - with attached modern toilets, hot and cold water & electricity.
- Reception tent - Facilitation & provisions of safe.
- Medical dispensary - well equipped with first aid facilities, doctor & nurse of call.
- Dining Tents
Activity blocks:
- Yoga - daily classes would be conducted everyday.
- Ayurvedic message - expert masseurs & herbal oil treatment doctors would be available.
