Yatra Nanda Devi

Chaukori is imbued with the breathtaking beauty of Pithoragarh district. It offers a

magnificent view of the Panchchuli peaks and has few rivals for spectacular Himalayan sunrises and sunsets. Visitors to this lesser-known part of Kumaon can enjoy nature at her pristine best. 10 km. Situated at a height of 1720 mtrs, it offers an excellent view of the Himalayas and is accessible by road. It was once known for its tea estates.
