The golden triangle of Bhubaneshwar, the cathedral city of India, Puri, a coastal town and beach resorts, and Konark famous for the great temple of Sun God, attracts the largest number of visitors.  

Bhubaneshwar is home to over 600 architectural marvels. Puri's, a seat of Jagatguru Shankaracharya, its beautiful beaches with their splendid sunsets are a great draw with travelers. Konark is famous for the Sun Temple, also known as the Black Pagoda. Air :
Indian Airlines offers excellent connections to Bhubaneswar from Delhi, Mumbai, Calcutta, Hyderabad, Nagpur and Chennai. Bhubaneswar is the nearest airport for Puri, Konark and other destinations in Orissa.

Rail: Rail linkages to Bhubaneswar from Mumbai, Calcutta, Delhi, Guwahati, Hyderabad, Chennai and Thiruvananthapuram by fast trains are available. Puri has good rail connections with Delhi, Calcutta, Tirupati, Okha and Ahmedabad.

Road: Good bus services link up the cities to almost all tourist spots in Orissa.
