The Khajuraho temples, 22 of which still survive, are a testament of man's artistry and breadth of vision. Built between 950-1050 AD by the Chandela Rajputs, these temples celebrate life, love and joy, their facades covered with exquisitely detailed sculpture. In the morning you visit the museum and the Western group of temples, returning in the afternoon to see the Eastern and Southern groups.

Day 4

You leave for Bandhavgarh, one of the outstanding wildlife parks of India. Here you are taken on a round of the park in the evening. You stay overnight at White Tiger Forest Lodge.

Day 5

Early morning and late evening are again spent touring the park and spotting many species of animals- deer, bison, wild boar and yes, even the tiger.

Day 6

After breakfast, you leave for Jabalpur arriving in time for lunch. You have a free evening to relax and do what you please. You stay overnight at Hotel Kalchuri.

Day 7

You visit the famed Marble Rocks at nearby Bhedaghat, boating on the sparkling Narmada river waters, which flow through a gorge over 3 km long. You return to Jabalpur and leave for Mumbai by Howrah - Mumbai Mail and for Delhi by Mahakaushal Express carrying the memory of 'divine moments'.
