Day
1
You
arrive at Bhopal from Ahmedabad by Rajkot Express. After lunch
at Hotel Palash, you sightsee in the city, visiting Taj-ul-Masajid
(said to be the largest mosque in India), uniquely designed Bharat
Bhavan (the national centre for performing and visual arts), the
Van Vihar (a safari park on the hill near the Upper Lake) and
the Museum of Men (a presentation of actual size dwelling houses,
typical of tribal cultures in various states). After taking evening
tea at Wind and Waves Cafeteria and a pleasure boat ride on the
Upper Lake, you return to Hotel Palash for dinner and overnight
stay.
Day
2
After
breakfast, you leave for Pachmarhi. Enroute you see the exquisite
11th century Shiva temple at Bhojpur, and the prehistoric cave
paintings at Bhimbetka which
depict the life of the prehistoric cave dwellers in vivid, panoramic
detail. You reach Pachmarhi, in the evening after lunch enroute
at Tourist Motel, Pipariya. Your dinner and overnioght stay are
at Amaltas or Panchvati Huts.

3
You
spend the day at Pachmarhi, a serene hill resort, largely colonial
in appearence surrounded by hills and forests, quiet glades and
enchanting views.

4
You
visit Jata Shankar (source of Jambu dweep), the ancient Pandav
Caves and several remarkable places including Dhoopgarh, the highest
hill in the Satpura range.
Day
5
After
breakfast, you leave for Jabalpur. You have lunch at Motel Marble
Rocks at Bhedaghat, and in the evening you go boating on the Narmada,
among the soaring Marble Rocks, where the river flows between
these remarkable and naturally splendid rocks, ending in the spectacular
Dhuandhar Falls. You reach Jabalpur in time for dinner and stay
overnight at Hotel Kalchuri.
Day
6
After
breakfast, you leave for Kanha reaching in time for lunch. You
are taken on a round of the park in the evening. You stay overnight
at Baghira Log Huts, Kisli or Kanha Lodge, Mukki.
Day
7
Kanha
is one of the 'Project Tiger' reserves and is home to the tiger,
gaur, barasingha and the cheetal. You are taken on rounds of the
park in the morning and in the evening.
Day
8
After
breakfast, you are again taken on a morning round of the park. After
lunch you leave for Jabalpur to board Narmada Express for Bhopal
and then on to Ahmedabad the next day by Rajkot Express.

Terms and Conditions
- The
corporation reserves the right to cancel the tour or alter the
routes, mode of transport, type of accommodation etc. in circumstances
beyond its control.
- Tourists
travel at their own risk. The corporation does not accept any
liability or responsibility for any delay, damage, loss, etc,
either due to breakdown of services or accident, however caused.
- Seats/Berths
on trains will be reserved in 2nd class, unless otherwise specified
Tourists will be required to pay extra charges in case of increase
in train fare. They can also make their own reservations in
whatever class they like.
- In
the unlikely event of the Corporation having to cancel the tour
for reasons of force majeure, it will return in full the amount
paid by the client.
- The
Corporation does not bear any responsibility for medical treatment
(in case of illness) during the tour.
- The
authority of the tour escort is final while on tour.
Booking
/ Refund Conditions
- Full
payment is to be made at the time of booking. Payment is accepted
in cash or cheque (local) or demand draft.
- The
following deductions will be made if the booking is cancelled
by you :
- 15 days before departure: 10%
- Less than 15 days and up to 7 days before departure : 25%
- Less than 7 days or a "No Show" : 100%
Other
Important Informations
- Our
sightseeing programmes take in the most noteworthy sights in
each place. Sometimes local fairs and festivals or other happenings
compel us to alter the itinerary which should be regarded as
unavoidable adjustments of plans. If a particular monument or
complex is closed on the day of scheduled sightseeing, we try
to show it the next day, subject to availability of time.
- The
climate is pleasant in Madhya Pradesh from October to March,
getting quite cold from November to February when we suggest
you carry woolens as well. From April to September it is warm.
But always travel light carry only one suit case, weighting
no more than 20 kg and an overnight bag.
- The
tours can be joined at their respective first arrival point
in the State. However, this depends on vacancies and an advance
notice of at least 15 days is required.
