impregnable capital, the place where he was crowned and where

Ramtek

story goes that Shri Ram stayed here for a while with Laxman
and Sita. Hence, the name. Its was here that the prolific poet
Kalidas wrote his epic Meghdootam.

Hill, Ramsagar Lake and Khindsey Lake making for enchanting
