Day-By-Day Itinerary

Day 1 : Delhi – Leh
Arrive at Kushok Bakula Rinpoche KBR Terminal Leh situated at 3500m altitude, met by our representative at the airport and transfer to your hotel in Leh city 3 to 4 km. Overnight at the Hotel.

Day 2: Leh
Fullday excursion to visit Spituk Monastery, Magnetic Hill which is belived to have some sort of anti-gravitational pull, enroute visit military Hall of Fame and photo stop at the beautiful sangam of Indus & Zanskar rivers.

Day 3: Leh
After an early breakfast, proceed for a fullday Indus Valley tour includes visit to Shey Palace, Thiksey, Hemis and Stok Monasteries which are the among the historically most important and magnificent Buddhist Monasteries in Ladakh. Evening free at the market in Leh. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 4: Leh to Pangong Lake & back
Early morning fullday excursion to Pangong Lake Pangong Lake is a wonderful sight with crystal clear blue lake surrounded by colorful barren mountians. Drive back to Leh by evening & free in the market. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 5: Leh to Khardongla Pass to Leh
Drive on the Nubra Valley highway to visit Khardongla pass 40km north of Leh which is sitiated at 18380 ft-making it the world highest motorable road. Members can walk down the main Leh bazaar and visit Moti market where you can shop for some interesting local jewelleries, curios etc Overnight at the hotel.  

Day 6 Leh – Delhi (Flight)
Morning on time transfer to KBR airport Leh to board flight for Delhi.

• Visit Spituk Monastery which is 5 km down Leh
• Full day Indus Valley Tour includes visit to Shey Palace
• Full day excursion to Pangong Lake 135 km / 4400m east of Leh
• Nubra Valley highway to visit Khardongla pass 40km north of Leh which is sitiated at 18380 ft
• Panoramic view of Karakuram Range

Arrive at Kushok Bakula Rinpoche KBR Terminal Leh situated at 3500m altitude, met by our representative at the airport and transfer to your hotel in Leh city 3 to 4 km. On arrival at the hotel welcome drink with and then proceed to your rooms. Full-day at rest to acclimatize yourself to the high altitudes of Ladakh which is must. Evening easy walk to Leh bazaar. Overnight at the Hotel.

Fullday excursion to visit Spituk Monastery which is 5 km down Leh near the airport and one of the most important monasteries in central Ladakh and which also has one of the most beautiful views of Indus Valley, Magnetic Hill which is belived to have some sort of anti-gravitational pull, enroute visit military Hall of Fame and photo stop at the beautiful sangam of Indus & Zanskar rivers which are two major rivers in Ladakh. Back to your for lunch and later in the afternoon visit Shanti stupa which offers the best aerial views of Leh town and the 16th century built former palace of the Kings of Ladakh i.e. Lehchen Palkhar or Leh Palace.

Early morning fullday excursion to Pangong Lake 135 km / 4400m east of Leh crossing Changla Pass 17500ft and driving via Durbuk and Tangtse villages in the Changthang region of Ladakh and perhaps one of the most amazing lakes in Asia which changes its color 4 – 5 times a day. Pangong Lake is a wonderful sight with crystal clear blue lake surrounded by colorful barren mountians. Packed box lunch for the day. Drive back to Leh by evening & free in the market. Overnight at the hotel.

Drive on the Nubra Valley highway to visit Khardongla pass 40km north of Leh which is sitiated at 18380 ft-making it the world highest motorable road. From the top of the pass one can a panoramic view of Karakuram range to the north and Ladakh range to the south. Back to your Hotel for lunch. Afternoon free at leisure without car. Members can walk down the main Leh bazaar and visit Moti market where you can shop for some interesting local jewelleries, curios etc Overnight at the hotel.

Morning on time transfer to KBR airport Leh to board flight for Delhi.
