Standing poised between the blue waters of Gaibsagar lake on one side and a cove of private reserve forest on the other, Udai Bilas Palace is the embodiment of the old world charm of princely India. Still the royal residence, the palace offers accommodation in the large bedrooms - three double, three single, ten suites and six grand suites.  Among the 22 rooms, no two rooms are alike in design or decor, each enchants with its own personality, spaciousness and comfort. The furnishings are mostly from the 20th century art-deco style, marble bathrooms with English fixtures and running hot and cold water.

Udai Bilas Palace, has 22 beautiful Rooms. Six of which are Standard Single / Double, Ten are Standard Suites and Six are Grand Suites.

Buffet Breakfasts and Dinners especially during winter months will  now be served in the partially open to sky dining area  -  Zenana Chowk .  For lunches Guests usually prefer the quiet of the pool side.

An exquisite table in marble with inlay work along the edges is the central attraction of the Zenana chowk while  pebble work walls add a dash of extravagance to this unusual dining space. .The indoors of the Zenana is air-conditioned and has individual tables . Open arched entrances lead into the Zenana and are covered with ethnic bamboo curtains, much needed during the warmer months.

Zenana chowk can cater to 45 covers at once. The marble dining  table with a scented water pool in the centre can seat upto 32 pax  and is ideal for small groups
