This agreement is part of 3 management agreements, which will be part of the newly launched Capital Center, the new name and brand for the AED 8 billion (US$ 2.17 billion) business and residential micro-city built around the iconic Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Center in the UAE capital. The Rotana Abu Dhabi Capital Centre hotels slated to open in 2010 include; a 300 rooms Centro by Rotana, a 200 room Rotana all suites hotel and the 4 star 300-room Rotana hotel.
