Grand Corniche Hotel and Residence Abu Dhabi has been unveiled by Bin Salem Group. The Grand Corniche Abu Dhabi will be build at a cost of Dh370 million. The company has signed an agreement with the Tourism Development and Investment Company (TDIC) to build a five-star Grand Corniche hotel and residence on 4,800 square meters in the Khalidiya area.
The 35-storey property designed by Singapore's Surbana Consultant is scheduled to open in December 2009.

Rooms
The Grand Corniche Hotel will have 349 rooms and 90 suites, 144 serviced apartments with a mix of one and two bedroom units and 3,600 meters of shopping arcade set on a retail podium. Four basement floors will be devoted to car parking.
