Designed by renowned landscape architect and interior designer Michael Richard White a.k.a. Made Wijaya from Bali, the interiors reflect the rich ethnic heritage of East Indian tribal culture. The carefully crafted menu comprises hot, pungent and spice-laced favourites from Coastal Andhra, Chettinad and Hyderabad along with the ever popular Tandoori delicacies from the north. A fantastic list of classic and innovative cocktails and wines are also on offer. Set amidst lush green coconut palms, Bamboo Bay faces the deep blue sea and the sandy beach. A new air-conditioned space opens out into the gardens leading to the sea. The twin seating areas create unique moods ideal for a business dinner or an intimate evening. The central area is adorned by a traditional hand plastered black and red oxide cement flooring and handcrafted wicker chairs.
