Day-By-Day itinerary

Day 1: Arrival at Barcelona
Arrive at Barcelona International Airport. Drive to the hotel booked for overnight stay in Barcelona.

Day 2: Barcelona � MSC Cruise
Post breakfast you will check out of your hotel and will be escorted to Cruise port. Go through quick emigration formalities and then board MSC Fantasia. Overnight on board. The cruise will start sailing at 1400 hrs.

Day 3: Arrive at Tunis- Sightseeing Tour
Reach Tunis (Tunisia) at 1430 hrs. Set on sightseeing tour of the city. Return to the cruise which will start sailing at 1930 hrs.

Day 4: Arrive at La Vellata (Malta)
Reach La Vellata (Malta) at 0900 hrs. Enjoy full day at leisure activities free till 1800 hrs and then board the cruise again. Overnight on board.

Day 5: Arrive at Messina- Complimentary City Tour
Reach Messina (Italy) at 0700 hrs. Take a complimentary city tour. Ship will sail again at 1400 hrs. Overnight on board.

Day 6: Civitavechhia � Optional City Tour
Reach Civitavechhia at 0800 hrs. Explore the city on your own or you can purchase the shore excursion from the MSC counter. Return to the ship by evening and it will start sailing again at 1900 hrs.

Day 7: Genoa- Complimentary City Tour
Reach Genoa at 0900 hrs. Take a complimentary city tour. Return to the ship by evening as it will start sailing at 1800 hrs.

Day 8: Arrive at Marseille- Complimentary City Tour
Arrive Marseille at 0800 hrs. Take a complimentary city tour. Overnight on board.

Day 9: MSC Cruise- Barcelona
Reach Barcelona at 0700 hrs. Disembark the ship and get transferred to the hotel at Barcelona. Afternoon enjoy Barcelona city tour.

Day 10: Barcelona- Delhi
Post breakfast our representative will escort you to the airport from where you will board your flight back to Delhi.

Day 1: Arrival at Barcelona

Arrive at Barcelona International Airport where you will be greeted by our representative who will then escort you to your previously booked hotel for overnight stay. Barcelona is Spain's one of the most attractive cosmopolitan city rich with Mediterranean's busiest ports, swanky bars, clubs and restaurants and greatest concentrations of Gothic architecture. The rest of the day at Barcelona will be free for you to be able to indulge in recreational activities.

Day 2: Barcelona � MSC Cruise

Post breakfast at the hotel you will driven to the Cruise port. Quick emigration formalities will be followed by your entrance into the fabulous cruise, MSC Fantasia. The cruise will start sailing at 1400 hrs. Enjoy a classic romantic experience of cruising on this gigantic ship.

Day 3: Arrive at Tunis- Sightseeing Tour

Arrive at Tunis (Tunisia) at 1430 hrs. The rest of the day at Tunis will be free for leisure; you can also opt for a sightseeing tour of the city on your own. Return to the ship by late evening and the ship will start sailing again at 1930 hrs. Overnight will be on board.

Day 4: Arrive at La Vellata (Malta)

Arrive at La Vellata (Malta) at 0900 hrs. The rest of the day will be free till 1800 hrs. till you board the ship again.

Day 5: Arrive at Messina- Complimentary City Tour

Arrive at Messina (Italy) in the morning at 0700 hrs. Next you can take a complimentary city sightseeing tour. Return to the ship which will start sailing at 1400 hrs.

Day 6: Civitavechhia � Optional City Tour

The ship will reach Civitavechhia in the morning at 0800 hrs. Explore this beautiful historical place on your own today or you can purchase the shore excursion from the MSC counter. The ship will start sailing again at 1900 hrs. Overnight on board.

Day 7: Genoa- Complimentary City Tour

Reach Genoa at 0900 hrs. Go for your complimentary city tour next. After a thorough tour of the city return to the ship which will begin sailing again at 1800 hrs. Overnight on board.

Day 8: Arrive at Marseille- Complimentary City Tour

Reach Marseille morning at 0800 hrs. Next proceed for a complimentary city tour. Overnight on board.

Day 9: MSC Cruise- Barcelona

The ship will reach Barcelona morning at 0700 hrs. You will disembark the ship and will meet our representative who will escort you to a fine hotel in the city for your overnight stay here. The rest of the day at Barcelona will bring a sightseeing tour of the region.

This tour commences from the bus terminal and continues to the port via Leyatena where you will see the stunning Cathedral, the Gothic Quarter and Plaza St.Jaume, some of the magnum opuses of ancient architectural styles. We continue to the Olympic Village, then it's on to Montjuich for a panoramic view of the city and port. The tour will take you past the Columbus Statue and on to the Olympic Stadium and St Jordi Palace next. Then it's time for a visit to the Spanish Village and while there you'll have the opportunity to taste the famous Catalonian Cava. You will return via the famous Plaza De Espana to the bus terminal, where the tour finishes. Spend the rest of the day at your hotel in the city.

Day 10: Barcelona- Delhi

Post breakfast escorted by our representative you will reach the airport from where you will board your flight back home.

Document Requirements

Passport with a validity of at least three months after the intended stay.
Back to back original application form dully filled in and signed with a blue ball-point pen by the applicant with a photo attached. The mail address and a telephone number where the applicant can be contacted must be clearly stated in the application.
If the applicant is a minor, the application has to be signed by the parents, and copies of the passports of the parents will be attached. If the parents do not apply together with the minor, copies of the passports or driver�s licenses of the parents attested by a notary will be attached.
Two back to back photocopies of this application form with a photograph attached on each form.
Bank draft drawn in favor of Embassy of Spain, New Delhi, for Rs. 3,480/-. The name of the applicant and his / her date of birth must be written on the backside of the draft.
Photocopy of the bank draft.
Covering letter explaining in detail the purpose of the visit that the applicant intends to undertake.
If the purpose of travel is to visit friends or relatives, an invitation made before a notary public along with an attested copy of the passport or the national identity card of the person receiving the applicant in case he / she is Spanish or a European Union citizen, or of the residence permit of the person inviting the applicant in case he / she happens to be Indian or a citizen of another non-EU country.
Copy of the identity document of the person inviting.
All the documents that the applicant may consider appropriate in order to show his / her personal economic situation (for instance: original bank statements, pay slips, etc.) and attested copies of any other documents that the applicant may decide to provide. These documents are necessary even it is another person, company or institution who bears the expenses of the trip.
Photocopy of the applicant�s passport (all the pages with information).
Reservations for plane or other means of transport comprising the whole itinerary intended.
Proof of travel insurance to cover any expenses which might arise in connection with repatriation for medical reasons, urgent medical attention and / or emergency hospital treatment. The insurance must be valid throughout the territory of the Member States and cover the entire period of the person�s stay. The minimum coverage will be 30.000 euros or equivalent.

The facial image should be between 25 mm and 35 mm from chin to crown, taken against a plain white background with matt or semi -matt finish.
The photograph must have been taken within the last six months.
More documents can be requested if necessary.
Any change in fees, additional document or personal presence of the applicant might be required which is on the discretion of the embassy.
As per the guidelines issued by the embassy it is mandatory for all the travellers travelling on Business Visa to Spain should submit theri Hotel Confirmation.
The passanger those who are having their old passport should send their old passport along with the new passport stapled together just to enable the embassy to know the travel history of the passanger.
The Embassy Spain in New Delhi is in charge of processing the short stay visa applications of Indian nationals and other nationals resident in India

One application form with all columns filled in and 2 recent photographs in the size of 3.5 cms x 4.5 cms with white / light background. The face should cover about 80% of the photo area.
Covering letter in original signed by the applicant.
Copy of confirmed prepaid hotel reservation or sponsorship certificate (attestation d'accueil) in original.
Copy of itinerary prepared by the travel agency (for those going on tour).
Copy of income tax papers of last three years, last six month bank statement, last 3 months salary slips.
Photocopy of overseas medical insurance policy + repatriation, evacuation cover (equivalent to 30,000 euros).

For applicants from IT sector traveling for more than 30 days up to 90 days, the host organization has to get a clearance from the DDTEFP department of the French ministry in France.

W.e.f. 03rd July, 2006 the applications residing in areas which falls under the jurisdiction of Embassy of France, New Delhi can also submit their visa applications at the France Application Center Kolkata without appointment.
With effect from 14th November 2006, France will set up the capture of biometric data (fingerprints and photograph) of visa applicants in the Consulate General of France in Mumbai.
