| | | Day 1: Trivandrum - Kovalam |  | On arrival at Trivandrum, our representative will recieve you at the airport. Transfer to the hotel in Kovalam. Afternoon sightseeing of Trivandrum, including Padhmanabha Swamy temple, Museum, Horse Palace, Art Gallery. Evening free at Kovalam Beach, followed by overnight stay at the hotel. | | | | Day 2: Kovalam – Kumarakom | | After breakfast, depart for Kumarakom. On arrival, hotel check-in. Later visit to the near by bird sanctuary for bird watching. Return to the hotel for lunch. Afternoon free for leisure. In the evening, enjoy a sunset cruise. Return to the hotel for dinner, followed by O/N stay. | | | | Day 3: Kumarakom House Boat | | | Today, you'll be transferred to the Houseboat. Spend the day cruising on a traditional Kerala Houseboat. Watch the local farmers irrigating farmland below sea level.Evening you 'll be anchored along the lake side. O/N stay. | | | | Day 4: Kumarakom – Thekkady | | Transfers to Thekkady & check in to Hotel Taj Garden Retreat. Afternoon we explore the Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary which spreads over 777 sq km, roughly half of which is dense evergreen forest, savannah grassland and moist deciduous forest.
