Cancellation Policy
Cancellation is recommended by email/Fax/Letter to us. On cancellation, refund will be done. Certain amount of the ticket value will be deducted as follows:
FITs Cancellation
- 5% of ticket value 60 days prior to departure
- 20% of ticket value 30-59 days prior to departure
- 100% of ticket value between less than 30 days prior to departure
Group Ticket Cancellation
- 10% of ticket value 60 days prior to departure
- 100% of ticket value between 0 to 59 days prior to departure.

There are two restro bars on the royal train: Sheesh Mahal and Swarn Mahal offering Rajasthani, Continental and Chinese delicacies. | | | Day 1 - Delhi |  | Arrive in the city of Delhi and assemble at the Safdarjung Railway Station by 17:00 hours. After a traditional welcome, the attendants of the luxury train will escort you till your cabins. Settle yourself comfortably before you proceed towards the first destination in the circuit Jodhpur.
Dinner and overnight stay onboard the train.
| | | | Day 2 - Jodhpur | | Jodhpur is the first destination, after Delhi, in the New Itinerary aboard the Royal Rajasthan on Wheels. Arrive in the city by 06:00 hours and post-breakfast embark on city tours across the 'Blue City' in India. Visit the attractions such as Jaswant Thada, Mehrangarh Fort, and the Umaid Bhawan Place. Assemble back at the train by 16:00 hours. Soon you will be traveling to the next destination, Udaipur known as the city of lakes.
| | | | Day 3 - Udaipur/ Chittorgarh | | On the 3rd day of the trip, you will land in Udaipur in the wee hours of the morning. Known as the city of Lakes, Udaipur is home to a number of regal monuments including the City Palace complex, the Lake Palace, the Jagdish temple, and the Jag Mandir. Visit these attractions to complete your trip in the city.
The next destination guests will visit on this day is the historical town of Chittorgarh. Nestled at a distance of about 112 km away from Udaipur, Chittorgarh is best visited for the Chittorgarh fort complex.
Assemble at the Udaipur station in the evening to proceed on towards the next destination, Sawai Madhopur.
Dinner and overnight stay aboard the train.
| | | | Day 4 - Sawai Madhopur/ Jaipur | | Arrive in Sawai Madhopur by 05:00 hours. Sawai Madhopur is best visited by guests traveling to the Ranthambore National Park. An early morning trip to the park will be a good option as the cool morning ambiance will make the experience all the more comfortable for you. Breakfast will be served for you amidst the very wildlife environs. Relish on it before you begin your travel to Jaipur, the capital city of Rajasthan.
By 12:00 hours you will arrive in Jaipur. Embark on half-day city tours that will take you across locations such as Hawa Mahal, City Palace, and the Jantar Mantar. A trip to the local markets in the city becomes mandatory, especially for handicraft lovers as the bazaars sell hordes of locally produced craft items that are excellent souvenir pieces to be carried back home.
Return to the train in the evening and commence your voyage towards Khajuraho. Leaving Rajasthan behind, the Royal Rajasthan on Wheels will now enter into Madhya Pradesh.
| | | | Day 5 - Khajuraho | | Guests aboard the New Itinerary of the luxury train will arrive in the quaint town of Khajuraho by 06:00 hours. Mostly visited for its ancient temples and the exotic designing on them, Khajuraho is one of the must-visited destinations in India. The Eastern and Western group of temples display unbelievable artistic talents of the artists and craftsmen of the medieval era and also glorifies the rich artistic taste of the monarchs who patronized the construction of these shrines.
In the evening, you will assemble back at the station to embark on journey to Varanasi - the holy town in India.

A magical spell on the onlooker is casted by the very sight of temples, the bathing Ghats, the beelines of devotees, and the fleet of 'sadhus' (sages). Explore the city throughout the day and in the evening assemble at the station, for, the Royal Rajasthan on Wheels waits to move towards Agra.
| | | | Day 7 - Agra | | The train will arrive in Agra by 04:00 hours. Home to the Taj Mahal, an epitome of love and beauty, Agra is also visited for its princely Mughal monuments such as Agra Fort, Sikandra, and also the attractions of Fatehpur Sikri.
Dinner and overnight stay aboard the train. In the night, the train will return to Delhi, marking an end to the roller coaster New Itinerary.
