| | | Day 01: Sunday - New Delhi |  | | An off the beaten track journey commences from the Delhi Safdarjung Railway station where the guests are given a warm and traditional welcome before boarding the Royal Palace on Wheels for a week-long entertaining outing. O/N and dinner on board. | | | | Day 02: Monday - Jaipur |  | | The first stopover is Jaipur city, counted amongst one of the most well planned cities of the world. We wend for a visit to Hawa Mahal or the Palace of Winds, the wonderful edifice of bygone era. The next destination is Amber Fort where an option of elephant ride take you high on a hill. Lunch at a Five Star Hotel and exploration of City palace museum. O/N on board. | | | | Day 03: Tuesday – Jaisalmer |  | | Today we explore the golden city of Jaisalmer. Its yellow sandstone fort, lovely latticed havelis including Nathmalji-ki-haveli, Patwon-ki-haveli and Salim Singh-ki-haveli catch the attention right away. After lunch on board, enjoy the camel ride. Enjoy the scrumptious dinner in sundown along with cultural performances. After breakfast, we head towards Ranthambhor National Park where the noticeable activities of tigers are worth espying. More than 300 species of birds are found in the park. Sawai Madhopur is also known for its toys, traditional jewelry and apparels. After lunch on board, leave for Chittorgarh and discover the Chittorgarh Fort which narrates the legends of sacrifices and audacity. O/N and dinner on board.
| | | | Day 06: Friday - Udaipur |  | | Wake up in Udaipur, the beautiful Lake City. Make a visit to Jag Niwas (Lake Palace) and the Jag Mandir, standing majestically amidst Lake Pichhola. Post lunch visit to City Palace. O/N and dinner on board. | | | | Day 7: Saturday - Bharatpur - Agra |  | | The train enters in Bharatpur with daybreak. Pay a visit to Keoladeo Ghana National Park, the adobe of thousands of Egrets, Siberian Cranes, migratory Water Fowl and other species of birds. Visit the Agra Fort, a UNESCO world heritage. Visit Taj Mahal, the influential monument of eternal love. Agra is also famed for its leather goods and ornaments.
