Day 1: Arrive Rome

Arrive at Rome International Airport, go through the emigration formalities, Take transfer to your prebooked hotel. Check in & day is at leisure.

Day 2: Rome

After breakfast , visit Rome Monumental Tour. This tour begins by passing through the Via Veneto, made famous by Fellini's Dolce Vita film. Before reaching Via Nazionale we cross Piazza della Republica with Najadi's Fountain. Our walk through the historical centre starts with the Trevi Fountain and continues to Piazza Navona, built on the ancient Domitian Stadium with the famous Fountain of the Four Rivers, Bernini's masterpiece. Along the way we admire Piazza Colonna so called due to the Column of Marco Aurelio. Visit the interior of the Pantheon which was built in the First Century B.C. with the biggest dome in the world as requested by Emperor Hadrian. Continue by coach to St. Peter's Square passing Castel St. Angelo. We visit the Basilica of St. Peter's to admire, among other treasures, the Pieta' by Michelangelo. Overnight at hotel.

Day 3: Rome- Florence

Breakfast, check out & own transfer to the train station to board the train to Florence ( journey time approx. 2Hrs). Upon arrival check in to the hotel by own. Day is at leisure.

Day 4: Florence

Enjoy your breakfast, Today visit Pisa. A splendid excursion through the fertile and picturesque Tuscan countryside towards the historic university city of Pisa, famous for its architectural beauty. After a panoramic drive along the beautiful riversides, the tour proceeds with a guided tour to Piazza dei Miracoli to find the celebrated Leaning Tower, the Cathedral, an unequalled masterpiece of Romanesque art carried out between the 11th and 12th centuries, the Baptistery and other important monuments. You will then walk to Piazza dei Cavalieri, where the Scuola Normale, one of the most famous universities in the world, resides. Overnight at Hotel.

Day 5: Florence- Venice

Breakfast, check out & own transfer to the train station to board the train to Venice( journey time approx. 2Hrs). Upon arrival check in to the hotel by own. Day is at leisure

Day 6: Venice

Today visit Falling in love in Venice Tour rocked by a romantic gondola ride...ending your evening in a typical local restaurant. A marvellous and enchanting gondola ride through the inner canals of Venice will make you discover the city from a different point of view. You will breathe the atmosphere of this ancient city built on water. Your evening will end in a characteristic and romantic restaurant where you will enjoy local specialties.

Day 7: Venice Departure

After breakfast, check out & get transfer to the airport to board the back flight to India.

Two recent passport size photographs (white background).
Passport having validity of 90 days from date of expiry of visa with 1 blank page
Covering letter from applicant detailing purpose of trip, duration of stay and outlining the travel Itinerary
Letter from employer regarding applicants employment & Leave sanction detail
Proof of adequate financial guarantees

Status of personal bank account three months for the last year Till date (Original only).
Salary slips/certificates of the last confirmed hotel booking or sponsorship letter.

Confirmed hotel booking or sponsorship letter from the sponsor in Italy ("Lettera diinvito"). (Original to be sent to the applicant).
Foreign exchange endorsement on the passport and receipt.Credit card copy with statement of credit limit or bank guarantee ("fidejussione bancaria") (original and photocopy) from sponsor in Italy
A confirmed return air ticket.
Overseas medical insurance with minimum coverage of Euro 30,000- with the inclusion of a repatriation.
Endorsement of spouse name on passports of husband & wife
For children / Student (application to be signed by both parents) an approved leave application from school is to be submitted.
In case a minor is traveling unaccompanied or with any one of the parents an "Affidavit" attested by the relevant Home Department (as per their place of residence) needs to be submitted.

Notes

If any change has occurred in regard to the address in the passport an adequate proof of residence needs to be submitted (telephone/electricity bill etc.)
Additional documents may be required in certain cases.
Applicant could always be requested to appear for interview.
There are circumstances where in, Embassy of Italy will handover the passport & the supporting documents to the Applicants directly.
All applicants for study visa are to be submitted at Italy Visa Application Centre (Only for North India).
The Embassy of Italy / Consulate Generals of Italy are not under any legal obligation to disclose the reasons for refusal of tourist and business visa applications.
Visa Applications submitted at Delhi center will be accepted after taking prior appointment. Appointments can be scheduled over the phone on 011-42340000.
