Premier Inn Dubai Investment Park is an upcoming hotel in Dubai. Premier Inn will rely on competitive room rates to ensure high occupancy, with the average tariff in the UAE expected to be about Dh450.
PTI Gulf Hotels will also operate three hotels in Dubai comprising more than 800 rooms. The locations are Dubai Investments Park, Dubai International Airport and Dubai Silicon Oasis. The company will own and operate most of its hotels but in some places it will work with local partners as in Oman and Qatar.
