Premier Inn Dubai International Airport is one of the three Premier Inn upcoming hotels in Dubai. The other two hotels will come up at Dubai Investment Park & Silicon Oasis. Premier Inn will rely on competitive room rates to ensure high occupancy, with the average tariff in the UAE expected to be about Dh450.
PTI Gulf Hotels has also secured a site to develop a 250 room property at Capital Centre in Abu Dhabi. The company will own and operate most of its hotels but in some places it will work with local partners as in Oman and Qatar.
