The much revered temple is dedicated to the wife of Bhim, one of the
five Pandava brothers of well known sculpture of Mahabharata. Inside
the premises of temple, there is no idol of any deity but only some
footprints are engraved which attracts the pilgrims to come here. With
a total height of 24 m, the simple wooden doorway adds up to the grace
of the appearance. A colorful fair is organized at 14th May in each
year which is with the objective of celebrating the birthday of Hadimba
Devi. The fair has lots of melodious music and traditional dance
performances by the women.
