Guest rooms are categorized into Superior Rooms, Deluxe Rooms, Executive Rooms, Executive Suites and Family Suites. All rooms are equipped with individually controlled air-conditioning, colour TV with six national channels and five satellite TV channels (24-hour coverage), coffee and tea making facilities, private shower, International Direct Dial telephone facility, mini-bar, in-room safe, hair dryer and complimentary bottled drinking water.
Superior, Deluxe and Executive Rooms have a floor area of between 19 square metres and 27 square metres, while Executive Suites and Family Suites are between 57 square metres and 89 square metres in area.
Superior Room Located at Terminal 5, 6, 7, 9, 10, 11 and 12. Furnished in natural shades of green and wooden brown to provide a comfortable feeling for our guests. Each room comes with an unobstructed view of our lush gardens.
Deluxe Room Located at Terminal 1, 2, 3 and 4. Furnished in light pink and wooden brown to provide a relaxing atmosphere as you unwind before or after a long flight. Equipped with a sofa and table.

Executive Suite Located at Terminal 1 and 3. Furnished in wooden brown and pastel colour decors to provide a relaxing atmosphere. Ideal for guests who prefer a quiet meeting in the adjoining living room area. It also comes complete with a dining table and a kitchenette.
Family Suite Located at Terminal 2. Furnished in wooden brown and light green colours. Spacious accommodations complete with a sofa and a dining table to provide guests travelling with family members a comfortable stay. Very suitable for groups of four to six persons.

The Melting Pot Café has earned a good reputation for its fine quality fusion cuisine selections of local, eastern and western with sumptuous quantity that are well-received by patrons. Concorde Inn KLIA offers various flexible meeting and incentives packages that can be tailored to suit your requirements and budgets. The hotel has seven well-equipped function rooms numbered and named after the hotel brand.
The Concorde 1, with a floor area of 280 square metres, is the most versatile of the hotel's meeting rooms and can accommodate up to 300 people in various settings.
The smallest meeting rooms are Concorde 5 and 6, each with a floor area of 48 square metres that can seat 30 to 40 persons comfortably.
Concorde Inn KLIA meeting packages are competitively priced from RM55 upwards. This includes complimentary meeting room set-up, use of an overhead or slide projector with screen, flipchart with markers, morning and afternoon coffee breaks with snacks and complimentary car parking. Iced water, writing pads with pens and mints are provided as well.
For meetings with meals, the hotel offers breakfast, lunch, tea and dinner with a wide choice of selections. For a full day seminar, lunch can be easily arranged either in a private function room or at the Melting Pot Cafe. Themed coffee breaks are also available upon request.
