| | | Day 01: Sunday- Delhi- Agra |  | | Step inside the moving luxurious abode with wheels- Maharajas' express. The majestic journey begins from Safardjung Railway station after the pre-boarding formalities are completed and welcome drink is served. Have a delicious breakfast and head towards Agra. The sightseeing tour of the arresting city encompass Agra Fort, Diwan-e-aam and royal pavilions like the Macchi Bhavan and the Shah Jahani Mahal. The romantic Champagne Lunch in Khemas(decorated tents) is followed by warm welcome by traditionally dressed dancers. Finally we proceed towards Taj Mahal which is a beautiful outcome of the efforts put in by 20,000 talented craftsmen. Cultivate the left time in shopping and wandering in the colorful markets. Dinner and O/N on board. | | | | Day 02: Monday- Sawai Madhopur–Jaipur |  | | Upon your advent in Jaipur, go for a jeep safari in the 'Ranthambore National Park'. The glorious city of Jaipur was brought into existence by Raja Jai Singh in the 18th century. Find some of the most enticing handicrafts, antiques, jewelery, carpets, textiles, metalwork and leather work in the local commercial area of Jaipur. Transfer to 'Amber Fort' which is found at a lofty hilltop. The jeep takes you to the romantic hamlet of Kukas where an Exhibition Elephant Polo Match with Champagne Dinner awaits your arrival. The beatings of Nagadas and presence of Horses and camels add to the royal welcome. Board the train for your onward journey. | | | | Day 03: Tuesday- Bikaner |  | | Early morning arrival in Bikaner and breakfast followed by the sightseeing tour to the desert kingdom of Bikaner. Lastly give a joyful ending to the day by having sundowner in the sand dunes. Rejoin the train for onward journey. Jodhpur is the land where Marwar culture developed and flourished. After exploring the cenotaphs, fortresses and palaces, we embark on a jeep for an amusing jeep safari offering the countryside view of Jodhpur. In afternoon, lunch at Rohet Garh which has been converted into a Heritage Hotel. Post lunch excursion to Mehrangarh Fort. Return back to the train and continue the journey towards Udaipur. | | | | Day 05: Thursday- Udaipur |  | | Awake in the splendid scenery of the Aravali Hills. After a princely breakfast, pay a visit to the City Palace, the largest palace of Rajasthan. Visit Mor Chowk to catch the splendid beauty of Peacocks and Moti Mahal to behold the enthralling mirror work. Remaining time to be spend roaming around in the crowded markets of Udaipur. Dinner and Overnight on board. | | | | Day 06: Friday- Vadodara |  | The train reaches in Vadodara in early morning. The tour of the historical city of Vadodara commence with Champaner-Pavagadh Archaeological Park, which is India's oldest rock formation. Then explore the pristine Jama masjid followed by Kewda Masjid and the Nagina Masjid. After a palatable lunch at Jambughoda Palace, visit the Maharaja Fateh Singh Museum, a heaven for art lovers. Return back to the station and board the train. | | | | Day 07: Saturday- Mumbai |  | | Although this is the last day of the amusement trip, disembark from the Maharajas Express to continue the usual journey of life. |
