Khimsar Fort |
The fort of Khimsar is entrenched over the Thar Desert. The fortress is the central attraction of the town. The fort was established in 16 century and the structure is quite of a military style. There are lots of pillars, ramparts and rookeries giving an arresting looks to the fort. The Zenana section was developed in mid 18 century. Currently it is running as a heritage luxury hotel.
