Our representative will receive you at the airport and assist you with transfer to the hotel. | | | | Day 02: Delhi | | | After breakfast, proceed for the full day city tour of Old & New Delhi. Visit Red Fort, Jama Masjid, Raj Ghat, Chandni Chowk- the silver street of Delhi bustling with activity, Qutab Minar, Humayun's Tomb, India Gate. Also drive past the President's house, Parliament house, Government secretariat buildings and Connaught place, a busy shopping center. O/N stay. | | | | Day 03: Delhi - Agra | | | Morning drive to Agra en-route visiting Sikandra. On arrival in Agra, check into the hotel. Visit the world famous Taj Mahal. Later, visit Agra Fort & the Tomb of Itmad-ud-Daullah. O/n in Agra. | | | | Day 04: Agra - Jaipur via Fatehpur Sikri | | | Today we drive to Jaipur en-route visiting Fatehpur Sikri. Later we continue our drive to Jaipur, popularly known as Pink City, the flamboyant & colourful capital of Rajasthan. With its rich & colourful past resplendent with tales of valour & bravery, it is now one of the most important heritage cities in India. O/N in Jaipur. | | | | Day 05: Jaipur | | | Enjoy a hearty breakfast at the hotel and leave for a half-day sightseeing tour to the hilltop fortress at Ajmer. In the afternoon, tour the old walled city of Jaipur. Visit the unique Jantar Mantar Observatory situated in the heart of the city. Later visit the ornate Hawa Mahal (the palace of winds). An evening excursion to Chokhi Dhani complex, ethnic village resort located at a distance of 15 kms from Jaipur. Later drive back to the hotel. O/N in Jaipur. | | | | Day 06: Jaipur - Jodhpur via Pushkar | | | Today we drive to Jodhpur via Pushkar. Later we continue to Jodhpur. Set at the edge of the Thar Desert, its landscape is dominated by the massive Mehrangarh Fort. O/n in Jodhpur. | | | | Day 07: Jodhpur | | | Today after breakfast, we take a guided tour of Jodhpur, visiting the Mehrangarh Fort (Majestic Fort), one of the most impressive & formidable structures anywhere in India. O/N in Jodhpur. | | | | Day 08: Jodhpur - Udaipur via Ranakpur | | | Today we drive to Udaipur, the capital of the erstwhile Kingdom of Mewar. Undoubtedly one of the most romantic cities in India, its beautiful Palaces are mirrored in the calm waters of Lake Pichola & the city is a brilliant kaleidoscope of narrow lanes flanked by bright stalls, gardens, lakes, palaces & temples. En route we will visit Ranakpur, renowned for some marvelously carved Jain temples in marble. Later we continue our drive to Udaipur, O/N in Udaipur. | | | | Day 09: Udaipur | | | Today we visit the City Palace, a fascinating collection of buildings built by various Maharanas (Kings). Later we visit Jagdish Temple, the Indo-Aryan temple. We also enjoy boat ride on Lake Pichola, the surrounding hills, palaces, temples, bathing ghats &embankments, enhance the beauty of the lake. The Jag Niwas (Lake Palace) & Jag Mandir, the two island palaces on the lake look like pearls in the lake. O/N in Udaipur. | | | | Day 10: Udaipur – Delhi (Flight) | | | Today we take a flight to Delhi. Rest of the day at leisure/shopping. Later transfer to International Airport to catch onward flight destination. |
