Day-By-Day Itinerary

Day 1: Delhi � Leh

Arrive at Kushok Bakula airport Leh. Take full day rest to acclimatize yourself. Evening easy walk to Leh bazaar.

Day 2 : Leh

Visit Spituk Monastery, military Hall of Fame, Sangam of Indus & Zanskar river, Shanti stupa, Lehchen Palkhar or Leh Palace.

Day 3 : Leh � Nubra Valley

Drive to Nubra valley via Khardongla pass. Afternoon visit the white Sand Dunes, Double Humped Camels & Diskit Monastery. Overnight stay at the tented camp.

Day 4: Nubra � Leh

Morning at leisure or you can visit Samstanling Monastery in Keygar village. Later drive back to Leh.

Day 5 : Leh to Pangong Lake & back

Morning excursion to Pangong Lake, crossing Changla Pass and driving via Durbuk and Tangtse villages. Evening free in the market.

Day 6: Leh � Delhi (Flight)

Morning transfer to the airport to board flight for Delhi.

Day 1: Delhi � Leh

(Flying Time: 1.15hrs approx)
From Delhi your connecting flight will take you to Leh where upon your arrival at the airport, meet our representative awaiting just outside the arrival hall, past the customs area & currency shops. Later at the hotel our representative will brief you about tour starting day after.

The day at Leh will be free for you to relax and get yourself acclimatized to the high altitudes of 3500 meters of Leh. The sky above is a vivid blue and the breathless and the snow-capped mountains making the visitor breathless, Leh a favourite of backpackers and holidaymakers is cloistered with travel agencies, souvenir shops and travellers. Spend the day staring at the breathtaking vistas from the comfort of your hotel room.

Day 2: Leh

Full day excursion to visit Spituk Monastery- one of the most important Buddhist monasteries in central Ladakh and which also has one of the most beautiful views of Indus Valley, military Hall of Fame, Sangam (confluence) of Indus & Zanskar Rivers. The monastery was founded by elder brother of Lha Lama Changchub Od in the 11th century which became an important cultural site for celebration of Gustor Festival each year. After lunch, visit Shanti stupa which offers the best aerial views of Leh town. Also visit the 17th century built former palace of the Kings of Ladakh i.e. Lehchen Palkhar or Leh Palace.

Day 3: Leh � Nubra Valley

(Driving Time: 6hrs approx)
After breakfast, drive to Nubra valley via Khardung La Pass. The pass is known amongst one of the highest motorable passes of the world. The drive from Khardung La Pass will take you to Nubra Valley which is the capital town of Ladakh. On arrival in Nubra visit the white Sand Dunes near Hunder and Diskit Monastery. For overnight stay you will be accommodated in Deluxe camps.

Day 4: Nubra � Leh

(Driving Time: 5hrs approx)
Post breakfast the day will be at leisure or if desired you can set on an excursion to Samstanling Monastery in Keygar village Later drive back to Leh via the same route. Evening at Leh will be free for you to indulge in a shopping spree to collect handicrafts and other trinkets as souvenirs from this scenic land of lamas and tranquility.

Day 5: Leh - Pangong Lake - Leh

(Driving Time: 8.5 hrs)
Early morning start for full day excursion to Pangong Lake, driving via Durbuk and Tangtse villages in the Changthang region of Ladakh. The Pangong Lake is surely one of the most amazing lakes in Asia for it changes its colour 4 � 5 times a day. Situated in the Himalayas at an altitude of 4350 metres the lake is known for its unique characters and spectacular views.

Day 6: Leh � Delhi

(Flying Time: 1.5 hrs)
Morning transfer to the airport to board flight for Delhi.
