Indus Hotels and Spa, a unit of D Mall group is planing to set up two five star hotels in West -East Delhi.
The hotel at Paschim Vihar will be spread over 3.5 acres. The stunning feature of the hotel would be its approx 15000 sq.ft atrium. The hotel complex is being developed in a conjuction with a shopping mall on the lower floors which will house exclusive fashion names and brands. The hotel itself will feature multi cuisine dinning, Italian designed 325 rooms and suites with all modern amenities.
Indus Hotel & Spa Paschim Vihar will be next door to posh colonies of Paschim Vihar, Bhera Enclave, Punjabi Bagh, Meera Bagh etc. Located on the outer ring road it is near the high traffic areas of Rohini and Pitampura on one end and Janakpuri and Vikas puri on the other end.
