Day-By-Day Itinerary

Day 1: India – London
Arrive at London and check-in at the hotel for overnight stay.

Day 2: London - Overnight cruise – Netherlands
Commence your guided city tour of London. Later transfer to Harwich port in time to cross Channel by overnight Cruise.

Day 3: Hook of Holland – Amsterdam
Arrive at Hook of Holland. Disembark the cruise and next set sail for a sightseeing tour of the region and first explore Holland. Evening is free to enjoy famous nightlife on your own.

Day 4: Amsterdam- Brussels – Paris
Proceed towards Brussels and visit the Grand Palace & Manniken Piz statue & next proceed for Paris. Check-in a hotel in Paris and then proceed for local sightseeing.

Day 5: Paris – Disneyland
Today proceed for Euro-Disney Land tour with one park ticket. Optional  Lido Show.

Day 6: Paris- Engelberg
Resume the journey and reach EngelBerg where on arrival you will be directed to a comfortable hotel for overnight stay.

Day 7: Engelberg – Mt. Titlis with Ice Flyer
Proceed for the visit peak of The Alps - The Mount Titlis. Later visit 'Glacier Park' by 'Ice Flyer chair Lift' and then proceed toward Lucerne. Upon arrival in the city go for a sightseeing tour and visit Chappel Bridge, Lion Monument & Lucerne old Town.

Day 8: Engelberg- Milan- Return Flight
Proceed on a journey to Milan. After sight seeing in Milan, you will be directed towards the airport from where you will board your flight back home.

Day 1: India – London

Upon your arrival at the airport, meet our representative awaiting just outside the arrival hall, past the customs area & currency shops. Later you will be driven to a hotel in London for overnight stay.  In the hotel our representative will brief you about tour starting the day after.

Day 2: London - Overnight cruise – Netherlands
After continental breakfast, commence your guided city tour of London. On your journey across the city you will encompass many a fascinating historic and cultural sights.  On today’s excursion you experience The Big Ben, The Trafalgar Square, the fascinating  Tower of London & Buckingham Palace. Driving through the famous Piccadilly Circus we pass River Thames followed by a drive towards St. Paul's Cathedral. After exploring all the famous historic sights of the city you will be driven towards a popular shopping arcade, the Oxford Street where one can see famous stores like Mark's & Spencer's, Selfridges and more. An amusive experience awaits you at Madam Tussauds and look for wax statues of your favorite celebrities. Later transfer to Harwich port in time to cross Channel by Overnight Cruise. Crossing English Channel by overnight cruise will be a stunning sight.
 
Day 3: Hook of Holland – Amsterdam
Enjoy English breakfast on board cruise and arrive at Hook of Holland. Disembark the cruise and next set sail for a sightseeing tour of the region and first explore a miniature model of  Holland at The Modurodam. Thereafter reach one of the Europe's famous beach-The Hague and spend some time here. Later if time permits you will also have the sites of Cheese & clog factory to catch before you set on a journey to Amsterdam.  It is the famous city of windmills & wooden shoes and to experience it in its own peculiar style take a ride across famous waterways of Amsterdam by Canal Cruise & explore the city from the boat. Evening is free to enjoy famous nightlife on your own.
 
Day 4: Amsterdam -Brussels – Paris

Today you will proceed for Brussels- the capital of Belgium. Upon arrival, enjoy a visit to the Grand Palace & Manniken Pis statue, then proceed for Paris. Eloquence and romance best describe Paris. The city itself carries a poetic expression mesmerizing with its treasures.  Paris 'City of Light' will charm you with its brigade of superlatives, its grandiose vistas and romance along the Seine. 

Your two hour tour showcases the highlights of Paris. You will see the stunning Eiffel Tower, Champs-Elysees, Arc de Triumph, Concorde Square, the Invalides, the Trocadero, the Opera, Notre Dame Cathedral, Louvre Museum, Orsay Museum, Madeleine Church and many more.  Later move towards an Indian restaurant for a delicious dinner followed by a Seine river cruise.

 
Day 5: Paris – Disneyland
Today after continental breakfast, we proceed for Euro-Disney Land tour with one park ticket. The day dedicated to action, fun and frolic for the children of all ages.  Enjoy your day by taking rides at Adventure World, Frontier Land, Discovery Land, Fantasy Land & USA Main Street. Also don't miss out on the Disney Character Parade at the main square of the Disney World. After such an eventful day your day will be made perfect by a delectable dinner after which you will be transferred to hotel for overnight stay. You can also choose (Optional) Lido Show. 
 
Day 6: Paris- Engelberg
Resume the journey and reach Engel Berg where on arrival you will be directed to a comfortable hotel for overnight stay.
 
Day 7: Engelberg – Mt. Titlis with Ice Flyer
Today after breakfast, we will proceed for the visit peak of The Alps - The Mount Titlis.  The spell bounding beauty of this unique glacier paradise remains equally magnificent through out the year. The highlight of your trip will be experiencing a ride on world's first revolving cable car known as 'Rotair'. We arrive top of the mountain & visit Ice Cave. Later we visit 'Glacier Park' by 'Ice Flyer chair Lift'.  Enjoying the sights of breathtaking panorama you will reach Glacier Park- a unique rollick on snow tubes (inner tubes for the snow) or a variety of fun & unusual sledges designed to whisk you down the snow covered slopes, an unforgettable experience. Later in the afternoon start driving back to Lucerne. Upon arrival in the city go for a sightseeing tour and visit Chappel Bridge, Lion Monument & Lucerne old Town.
 
Day 8: Engelberg- Milan- Return Flight
Post breakfast proceed on a journey to Milan. We start city tour of Milan. Milan,city of extravagant taste and no absolutes has equal amounts of substance and style to it. With runways flaunting Armani, Versace, Prada and stylish models and the economy booming the city is a great pull for designers, artists, photographers and models. Milan has an ancient city centre with high and interesting buildings and palazzos, which is why so many people from all over the world want to see the city of glamor.  From the grand architecture of the Duomo Cathedral, to the furniture of Cappellini, Milan has something to offer anyone interested in design. After sight seeing in Milan, you will be directed towards the airport from where you will board your flight back home.

Document Requirements

  • Original passport must not be older than 10 years also it must be valid for at least THREE MONTHS longer than the intended stay + 1 photocopy of passport first page. Your passport must have at least TWO BLANK PAGES to affix the visa.
  • One application form with ALL COLUMNS filled in and signed by the Applicant.
  • TWO RECENT PHOTOS in the size of 35-40 mm width with white background. The face should cover 70-80 % percent of the photo area.
  • COVERING LETTER in original from the applicant, introducing himself/herself, explaining the purpose and duration of the visit and the itinerary for the corresponding period in brief.
  • Proof of EMPLOYMENT and LEAVE letter on company's letterhead.
  • Evidence of STATUS in India, such as individual Income-Tax return, Form 16A, Bank Statement, record of ownership of Real Estate, Share Certificates, Deposits, Investments.
  • If the visit is SPONSORED by a Referee in the Netherlands , supporting documents required are:
    • Invitation legalized from the Town Hall.
    • Passport copy.
    • Resident Permit copy.(in case of referee being a non-Dutch national)
    • Financial proof of the referee i.e. Salary Slips, Bank Statements
  • In the absence of a Referee or sponsor the Applicant must submit:
    • Bank statement Or Salary Slips for the recent 3 months
    • A confirmed hotel reservation corresponding with the (desired) period of stay.
  • Copy of OVERSEAS medical insurance policy, including medical emergency evacuation cover (equivalent to 30000 euros) corresponding with the (desired) period of stay.
  • Copy of Confirmed AIRLINE Reservation or PNR.

    Important!
    • Supporting documents from a Referee must be included with the application for the visa and must not be sent directly to the Consulate General.
    • All faxes must be photocopied and in A4 size paper.
    • Minor applicants (<18 years) must possess individual passports with a written consent from both their parents as well as the parents’ signatures on the application form. A copy of the parents’ passports should be included to authenticate the signatures on the consent letter. Copy of the Death Certificate or Custody Proof should be provided, where applicable.
    • Each application must be supported by a copy of all the requisite documents.

  • The Netherlands embassy will accept visa and MVV applications only through an appointment. Appointments can only be made through the following number: - (011) - 24197750(For Delhi)
  • Visa application by individuals at the Netherlands consulate General in Mumbai can only be submitted with a prior appointment. These appointments can only be made by telephone, Monday through Friday, except holidays, between 10:00 - 13:00 hours and 13:30 - 16:30 hours.

Notes

  • Foreign nationals can study in Switzerland for a period of up to 3 months without a
    student/residence permit. However, if their stay exceeds 3 months within one year a
    permit has to be applied for the application has to be submitted to the Swiss Consulate General which will then be forwarded to the Cantonal authority, in Switzerland. The whole process takes 6/8 weeks.
  • The visa application form is FREE OF COST and can be downloaded from the website
  • The visa fee is NON REFUNDABLE
  • The processing time for a visa application is 24 hours (NO SAME DAY VISAS!!!)
  • Each case is reviewed separately at the time of application, and no guarantee can be given that a visa will be issued.
  • Applicants above the age of 60 are required an international medical plan
  • Please note that the visa application must be submitted to the Swiss Representation competent for your place of residence. A visa application not submitted to the competent Swiss Representation may be turned down. The Consulate does not accept visa application by post. Following instructions have been announced by the the Embassy to make the Visa Process Smooth and Easy.

  • Photograph of the applicant should be glued but not stapled/ pinned.
  • He Visa Form should be strictly signed by the applicant.
  • All the fields have to be filled with specifications given to Occupation for e.g "Business" is not sufficient Correct way: Self Employed , proprietor of an Export House
  • Main purpose to Travel should be specific as well for e.g: Tourism ~ tour in Switzerland ( indicate itenary) Business ~ Training program with XYZ organization.
  • Only the needed and the relevant documents have to be submitted, the ones required for the Visa Requirement list, for e.g, latest 3 months bank statements till date, current one I.T returns , registration of the company and partnership deed.
  • First & last page copy of the passport is also compulsorily needed.
  • Urgent or same day Visa requests would strictly not be entertained by the Embassy.
  • If the passenger plans to visit any other European Country before or after visiting Switzerland, he has to obtain a visa for that particular country before applying for the Swiss Visa.
  • All recent ( last 2 years) refusal stamps should be accompanied by a written explanation, if possible of the competent authority who put the tamp.

Note: If any one does not follow these instructions the Visa Officer at the counter can refuse to take in the application form, since it would be considered incomplete.

Processing Time

Please note that processing time for visa applications, is 24 hours. In the event that the passports are submitted on Friday, they will be given out on the following Monday / working day.
