About Ginger Tirupur

Ginger hotel Tirupur is currently under development

Indian Hotels Company (IHCL) is setting up Ginger Hotels through its wholly owned subsidiary Roots Corporation at 25 destinations across the country, with each property costing between Rs 10 crore to Rs 12 crore.

Ginger hotels are operational at Durgapur, Bangalore, Bhubaneswar, Hardwar, Mysore, Tiruvananthapuram and Agartala, Nashik and Pune. The company was also exploring new locations like New Delhi, Siliguri, Haldia and Kharagpur, Goa, Tirupur. Ginger hotels plan to tap the niche markets and target customers, who were looking for a branded product at a viable price. The brand would attract the middle class traveller in the business and leisure segment. Tariff for a single room was Rs 999 and Rs 1199 for a double room.

Work on Ginger hotels has already begun in Goa, Mangalore and Tirupur, he said.
