Day-By-Day Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival at Bhopal
Arrive at Bhopal. Next set on sightseeing tour and visit the Upper Lake, Lower Lake, Laxmi Narayan Temple, Birla Museum, Kilol Park, Kamla Park, Moti Masjid, Sadar Manzil and Taj-ul-Masjid, Vidhan Sabha, Tagore Memorial and the National Archives of India.

Day 2: Bhopal – Bohjpur – Bhimbetka - Pachmarhi

Drive to Panchmarhi. En-route visit Bhojpur & Bhimbetka. Further we continue drive to Panchmarhi.

Day 3: Pachmarhi

Today set on guided tour of Pachmarhi with visiting Bee Fall, Tamiya, Bori and Pachmarhi Sanctuaries.

Day 4: Pachmarhi – Jabalpur

Proceed for Jabalpur. En-route visit Marble rock at Bedaghat. On arrival check in at the hotel. 

Day 5: Jabalpur – Bandhavgarh

Proceed to Bandhavgarh. After lunch guided jeep safari to the national park for wildlife viewing.

Day 6: Bandhavgarh

Morning and afternoon jeep safari to the national park for wildlife viewing.

Day 7: Bandhavgarh – Khajuraho

Proceed for Khajuraho. After fresh-n-up we will have the temple tour of Eastern & Western group of temples.

Day 8: Khajuraho – Orchha

Proceed for Orchha. After –fresh-n-up Fort & temple tour of Orchha. Overnight stay in hotel.

Day 9: Orchha – Jhansi - Depart

Morning transfer to the Jahnsi railway station to board the train for onward destination.

Day 1: Arrive Bhopal
On arrival at Airport/railway station, you will find our representative awaiting you who will then escort you to the hotel booked for your stay in Bhopal. Get settled in your room at the hotel before you set off for a city sightseeing tour.

Next on the scheme of things lies a city tour which will encompass all the famous sightseeing attractions.  First begin the tour with a visit to the Upper Lake also known as “the Bhopal Beauty” is the largest artificial lake in Asia and where you can enjoy bracing on speedboats or go cruising; next visit Lower Lake.  The sightseeing tour will further include visit to Laxmi Narayan Temple, Birla Museum, Kilol Park, Kamla Park, Moti Masjid, Sadar Manzil and Taj-ul-Masjid, Vidhan Sabha, Tagore Memorial and the National Archives of India. Overnight stay at hotel.
 
Day 2: Bhopal – Bohjpur – Bhimbetka - Pachmarhi
Morning after breakfast at the hotel we will drive to Panchmarhi. En-route you will take a halt and visit Bhojpur (28 Km) & Bhimbetka (46 km). Further continuing with the drive you will reach Panchmarhi where on arrival our representative will escort you to the hotel booked previously for an overnight stay. 

Bhojpur, The tiny village of Bhojpur is situated on the bank of river Betwa. Here we will see the remains of magnificent Shiva Temple and Cyclopean dam dated 1010-53 A.D.

Bhimbetka, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The Bhimbetka rock shelters exhibit the earliest traces of human life in India; its Stone Age rock paintings are approximately 9,000 years old, making them among the world’s oldest.
 
Day 3: Pachmarhi
Today we will have full day guided tour of Pachmarhi with visiting Bee Fall, known as Jamuna Prapat, the Bee fall is located 3 km from the town and provides drinking water to Pachmarhi is famous for its bathing pools and spectacular backdrop.

On the sightseeing tour of the region visit Tamiya, is a beautiful resort located 78 km from Pachmarhi. The place overlooks Narmada valley and provides some spectacular view of the Dudhi plateau. The sunset point of the place gives some magnificent views of the setting sun. The beauty of the Satpura hills girdling the landscape of Tamiya can be best witnessed from this spot. Tamiya is easily accessible from Panchmarhi and one can hire buses (government and private) or jeeps to reach the place.

Bori and Pachmarhi Sanctuaries constitute a part of 'Pachmarhi Biosphere Reserve', along with the Satpura National Park. Both these wildlife resorts cover a total area of 4501.91 km˛. Bori range stretches from the foot of the Pachmarhi hills to the Tawa and Denwa rivers and is located deep in the valleys. Panchmari sanctuary is harbored at the top. Enveloped with thick forests of teak and sal groves, they help tourists to explore the various species of birds of the region. Overnight stay at resort.
 
Day 4: Pachmarhi – Jabalpur
Morning after breakfast proceed for Jabalpur. En-route visit Marble rock at Bedaghat. At Bedaghat, we will witness an awesome spectacle of nature where the majestic huge stones form a valley and the River Narmada silently makes its way through. The rocks rise to about hundred feet height on either sides of the River Narmada. Further continue drive to Jabalpur. On arrival check in at the hotel and relax for the rest of the night.
 
Day 5: Jabalpur – Bandhavgarh
Morning after breakfast, proceed to Bandhavgarh and stay there in a forest lodge closest to the enthralling jungle panorama.  After lunch guests will commence their guided jeep safari to the national park for wildlife viewing. Known for a large biodiversity, Bandhavargh National Park is consists of one of the highest tiger populations in India.  Also recognised for housing a large breeding population of leopards and numerous species of deer, the park lies on the extreme north-eastern border makes for a fabulous respite from the melancholic world.
 
Day 6: Bandhavgarh
Have a full day of jungle activities and enter the woods for an exciting jungle safari.  Accompanied by expert naturalists you will advance deep inside the jungle in a jeep.  Situated at the foothills of the Vindhya ranges, Bandhavgarh National Park is the habitat of tiger, spotted deer, barking deer, sambar, chausingha, nilgai, guar, chinkara, wild boar, sloth bear, jackal, leopard, and a wide variety of bird life. Wildlife enthusiasts will surely have the time of their life here for the park constitutes of highest population of tigers in India.  If you are granted permission by the Rewa's royal family, you can visit the fort. The wonderful carvings in the fort and the fabulous view from the top cannot be described only experienced.
 
Day 7: Bandhavgarh – Khajuraho
Morning we will proceed for Khajuraho, Land of The Moon God. On arrival transfer to the hotel. After fresh-n-up we will have the temple tour of Eastern & Western group of temples. Overnight stay at hotel.

In the eastern group, the temples are the Brahma temple, which has a four-faced lingam, The Vamana temple which is embellished with images of ravishing apsaras at their alluring best; and finally the Javari temple, with its ornate gateway and lavish carvings.

The Western group of temples is the best known, because it is to this group that the largest and most typical Khajuraho temple belongs. Kandariya Mahadeo, Chaunsat Yogini, Chitragupta Temple, Vishwanath Temple and Lakshamana Temple belong to the western group.
 
Day 8: Khajuraho – Orchha
Morning we will proceed for Orchha, the kingdom of Bundela dynasty, situated on the bank of river Betwa and is famous for temples that are built by its Bundela rulers in the 16th and 17th centuries and still retain much of their pristine perfection. On arrival transfer to the hotel. After –fresh-n-up Fort & temple tour of Orchha which will be concluded with a drive back to the hotel for overnight stay.
 
Day 9: Orchha – Jhansi - Depart
Morning transfer to the Jhansi railway station to board the train for onward destination.
