Premier Inn Dubai Silicon Oasis is one of the three Premier Inn upcoming hotels in Dubai. The other two hotels will come up at Dubai International Airport and Dubai Investment Park. Premier Inn will rely on competitive room rates to ensure high occupancy, with the average tariff in the UAE expected to be about Dh450.
Premier Inn Hotels are adding 5,000 rooms in the Gulf and was on track to bring 830 new rooms onto the market in by 2008 – 09 timeframe. PTI Gulf Hotels has also secured a site to develop a 250 room property at Capital Centre in Abu Dhabi. The company will own and operate most of its hotels but in some places it will work with local partners as in Oman and Qatar. |
