Beleza Holiday Homes, Colva Beach, South Goa is located at a 25-30 minutes drive from the airport, walking distance from the Colva Promenade and is easily accessible to the beach which offers water sports facilities, popular shacks and bars. . The clean, pristine and white sandy beach just outside the holiday home premises is a major attraction, which gives an experience of residing in an untouched, private and meditative environment.

Beleza Holiday Homes Goa comprises of 30 tastefully furbished rooms in Villa Style, with landscaped gardens "by the beach" that makes the holiday home blend its architectural wonder with a contemporary feel.

All rooms are air conditioned and are equipped with large 32" LCD satellite linked televisions, minibar fridges, tea coffee makers, electronic safes, and duvets. Well appointed ensuite bathrooms have hot water, hair dryers and vanity mirrors. Most of the rooms either have their own private balconies or private decks.

Tentação, a multi cuisine restaurant located next to the swimming pool on the deck area is the specialty of Beleze Holiday Homes Goa.

The restaurant has a capacity of 50 people. The live cooking in the open kitchen further enhances the gastronomic experience; guests are served the choicest drinks and an array of local and international cuisines.
