Abhyangam This massage is to facilitate proper blood circulation of the body and relaxation of mind. Trained masseurs gently massage lukewarm herbal oil on the head and body according to the ancient guidelines. Elakkizhi One of the most relaxing and refreshing massages that you can enjoy, Elakkizhi uses fresh herbs cooked in Ayurvedic oils and packed into bags, which then is applied over the body by experts. It helps lubricating the joints and relieving joint pain. It cleanses the channels of circulation and expels toxins through perspiration. Navarakkizhi The whole body or specific part is made to perspire by external application of certain medicinal puddings prepared from special rice called navara rice cooked in herbal decoctions and milk and packed in muslin bags.
